The demonstration will likewise be changed in specific spots, in Part 8 explicitly. For improvement or advancement of new items ACCC will furnish with specific directions. An issue identifying with privatization of National Broadband Network was likewise a key point.(Government, 2014). National Competition Policy was presented in Australia, in the year 1995. Bit by bit, change in the broadband segment occurred. In any case, media transmission administrations began changing in the year 1990s just and got famous in the year 1997 as Australian government began selling the media transmission suppliers claimed by the administration itself. The ADSL empowered telephone utilities are equipped for conveying broadband administrations, in generally nonmetropolitan zones. The political decision compel likewise drove them to be so. The Coalition and ALP concurred with the administration in regards to change imagining that it would give rapid web to the districts of Australia. The acquaintance of fiber optical link with practically all the structures in the nation and fiber to neighborhood cupboards took right around 10 years to turn around the framework from copper links. The ALP fulfillment period is on 2021 and presentation of satellite and fixed remote clients, making imposing business model force are its witticism. Australian Labor Party won the political decision held in November, 2007, and specific plans of upgrades were guaranteed by the gathering for the coming years, yet they experienced genuine debacles. Work is committed to make an achievable system for provincial system advancement and it would guarantee every single areas. At the point when both Coalition and Labor needed to change the overall viewpoint of Australian broadband, work was seen to be inept to meet the targets inside the specified timeframe as guaranteed by the authority previously. In the 2007 political decision, it was guaranteed by Kevin Rudd that a NBN will be finished inside the year 2013 which included nearly $ 4.7 billion open financing. In any case, adapting up to the consistent fiascos and issues, it is making a beeline for meet the goal so moderate that it is at bet on the off chance that it could be finished inside the year 2021. The guaranteed arrange was available in around 72,600 structures and this could appropriately be used in just 10, 400 structures from those 72,400. Distinctive valuing strategies, differed download speed, organize blunders, wrong dynamic and poor administration framework has been t he genuine disadvantage in the circumstance. It is obscure whether the partners would have the option to gain a guaranteed 7 % rate of profitability from this National broadband system strategies and changes, as that is likewise unforeseeable. In the year 2009, it was picked to be generally exorbitant than some other broadband plans in the entire world, where as for all intents and purposes a broadband arrangement ought to be with the end goal that would meet the ideal effectiveness and clients need in a financially savvy way. Along these lines to relieve the works issue identifying with cost, the fiber were stretched out to cupboards in storm cellars of premises or inside not many hundred meters of structures. Nonetheless, troopers before long found that their gloats of extraordinary undertakings sickened individuals as opposed to charming them, Ugh! Escape from me, Leontichus! What a shocking disturbing story! On the off chance that you appreciate murdering individuals as much as that, I never need to see you again, not to mention have drinks with you, or hit the hay with you! I wont remain here a second more (Turner, p. 45). Ladies started seeing fighters with loathing as opposed to appreciation, What an appalling beast you are! What are you doing on this road, holding tight th at entryway (Honig, p. 80). While ladies were picking up freedom, warriors were losing their popularity and noticeable quality. During the Middle Ages, the priests increased an entirely different perspective. Priests increased another common perspective and point of view. Ministers got straightforward and obstinate. They started wedding or living with ladies. As such, their life turned out to be common. Priests turned out to be straightforward and as a rule remorseless, Youd need to do a ton of crushing to make anything look as crushed as those garments of yours (Honig, p. 77). The pastors even tarnished the name of people, he called me grimy, baldfaced, bold, and obscene and other terrible names that way. And all since hes envious of that fighter (Honig, p. 86). To be viewed as righteous men, the pastors carried on with a mainstream, baldfaced life. In prior occasions, priests were taboo to wed. Nonetheless, during the Middle Ages, priests started wedding like everyday citizens, In me you get a performer, Cristina, however just at chapel ringers. In brightening a tomb or repairing the congregation for grave occasions, theres not a superior sacristan anyplace. What's more, I can in any case play out those occupations after Im wedded, and get by at it (Honig, p. 88). The ministers of the Middle Ages increased another method of mainstream thinking, just as another open way of life during the Middle Ages. .ub132a38a06e795b16fda10fd660c283b , .ub132a38a06e795b16fda10fd660c283b .postImageUrl , .ub132a38a06e795b16fda10fd660c283b .focused content zone { min-tallness: 80px; position: relative; } .ub132a38a06e795b16fda10fd660c283b , .ub132a38a06e795b16fda10fd660c283b:hover , .ub132a38a06e795b16fda10fd660c283b:visited , .ub132a38a06e795b16fda10fd660c283b:active { border:0!important; } .ub132a38a06e795b16fda10fd660c283b .clearfix:after { content: ; show: table; clear: both; } .ub132a38a06e795b16fda10fd660c283b { show: square; progress: foundation shading 250ms; webkit-progress: foundation shading 250ms; width: 100%; darkness: 1; progress: murkiness 250ms; webkit-progress: mistiness 250ms; foundation shading: #95A5A6; } .ub132a38a06e795b16fda10fd660c283b:active , .ub132a38a06e795b16fda10fd660c283b:hover { obscurity: 1; change: haziness 250ms; webkit-change: murkiness 250ms; foundation shading: #2C3E50; } .ub132a38a06e795b16fda10fd660c283b .focused content region { width: 100%; position: relati ve; } .ub132a38a06e795b16fda10fd660c283b .ctaText { fringe base: 0 strong #fff; shading: #2980B9; text dimension: 16px; textual style weight: striking; edge: 0; cushioning: 0; content improvement: underline; } .ub132a38a06e795b16fda10fd660c283b .postTitle { shading: #FFFFFF; text dimension: 16px; textual style weight: 600; edge: 0; cushioning: 0; width: 100%; } .ub132a38a06e795b16fda10fd660c283b .ctaButton { foundation shading: #7F8C8D!important; shading: #2980B9; outskirt: none; fringe span: 3px; box-shadow: none; text dimension: 14px; textual style weight: intense; line-stature: 26px; moz-outskirt sweep: 3px; content adjust: focus; content enhancement: none; content shadow: none; width: 80px; min-stature: 80px; foundation: url(https://artscolumbia.org/wp-content/modules/intelly-related-posts/resources/pictures/straightforward arrow.png)no-rehash; position: outright; right: 0; top: 0; } .ub132a38a06e795b16fda10fd660c283b:hover .ctaButton { foundation shading: #34495E!important; } . ub132a38a06e795b16fda10fd660c283b .focused content { show: table; tallness: 80px; cushioning left: 18px; top: 0; } .ub132a38a06e795b16fda10fd660c283b-content { show: table-cell; edge: 0; cushioning: 0; cushioning right: 108px; position: relative; vertical-adjust: center; width: 100%; } .ub132a38a06e795b16fda10fd660c283b:after { content: ; show: square; clear: both; } READ: Pearl (486 words) EssayThe Middle Ages was an incredible time of progress. Living Like A Native

Living Like A Native Since Im returning to blogging after quite the unplanned hiatus (read: I got buried in p-sets for about a month), let me take a few moments to address the elephant on the table or, as it were, the elephants that were at MIT, and the slightly more pressing issue of getting around in Cambridge. Since hitching a ride on a pachyderm isnt always a feasible option, youll need some better ideas. Looking at either Quintons post or Cams post, youve probably gotten the idea that driving is a bad idea just take that as a given from a native. It is. Bikes, however, are terrific. And walking suffices. I say suffices because if youre like me and live at Next House, youre really shooting yourself in the foot by considering that option. Allow me to demonstrate by using this map (you can make it larger by clicking on it): Not pictured: moving walkways (because they dont exist), any sympathy from people who live in closer houses.Yep, thats me. All the way over there. Roughly 378 smoots more than one Harvard Bridge away from Baker House, and probably dozens more away from the actual main building. I cope by using the Tech Shuttle, the Saferide Cambridge West shuttle (after 6 pm), and as of late, my tricked out scooterthat still gets the job done, even after about 10 years of inactivity. (Two out of two residents at Next House agree: its the coolest way to get around.)But Im getting ahead of myself. On to transportation! And things to see! If youve got MIT on your list of colleges, youve got to know that public transportation (and any form of locomotion that doesnt use just your feet) is your friend here. Theres so much ground for you to cover and so much stuff to do while youre here that youll need convenient ways to get to those places. Whats more, not all of them are at MIT. Even if you dont have a general feeling of IHTFP at a given moment, theres plenty of reasons for you to venture away from campus and discover an even greater paradise that lies all around you. (Ha, gotta love ambiguous acronyms.) Heres a few places you might enjoy in the Cambridge/Boston area, listed in no particular order and referred to by their stop on the T: Boylston Station: This stop on the Green Line rests on the intersection of Tremont Street and Boylston Street. Its the home of the Boston Common (and nearby Public Garden), Emerson College, the Wilbur Theatre, and the Blue Man Group. This place, as you can tell, is all about entertainment and relaxation. I had the good fortune to see John Oliver of The Daily Show perform some stand-up at the Wilbur Theatre several weeks ago. Mezzanine seats, surprisingly, can be relatively cheap. They wouldnt allow photography during the show, but just imagine John Oliver standing right there: Yes, right there, in all of his British glory. You can also take a bus to find some other places along Boylston Street, like the Boston Public Library and the Prudential Center, a large shopping complex with plenty of places to go. But to be honest, theyre closer to the next destination Hynes Convention Center: Accessible by the 1 Bus or by taking the free Boston Daytime shuttle across the river and walking along Mass Ave, this stop is within walking distance from the Berklee School of Music and a Best Buy store with three(!) floors.Youll also find several good places to eat. Into Asian cuisine? Theres a pan-Asian restaurant, Island Hopper, nearby. My wing in Next House actually went there right at the beginning of the school year for dinner. (As I checked out their website, I learned that they do delivery. I think I may take advantage of that) Not too far away from this stop, youll also find the Christian Science Center, a remarkable work of architecture. Unfortunately, youll either have to take my word or Googles word for it, since I forgot to take pictures Next on my list of things to do: decide if its worth it to walk to Fenway Park (home of the Red Sox!) and the House of Blues all the way from Hynes, even though Kenmore Station is a much closer stop. Hey, speaking of stops that begin with a K Kendall Square: Home of a food court (with everything from sushi to Sbarros), a nearby Legal Sea Foods restaurant, the MIT book store (which Id highly suggest that you visit, if only to look through the small but interesting collection of books), and the Kendall Square Coop. Though theres also a Coop store in the Student Center, theres much more to find at this location, including some software, plenty more MIT merch, and even textbooks.Youll also find some food vans here with falafel and other related foods. But dont worry: some of the other bloggers tell me that ordering food from a van isnt as sketchy as it sounds. Technology Square is also nearby, and you can find a few other eateries, along with some nice, modern-looking buildings. But since a picture is worth a thousand words: Okay, these are benches and trees and a bit of a building at Technology Square, but you probably didnt even think thered be any trees here. But I would be remiss if I didnt mention the free shuttle to the CambridgeSide Galleria, where you could easily spend all of the money that you didnt spend on college stuff and midnight pizzas. It runs 7 days a week on roughly a once-every-20-minutes schedule, so if your idea of unwinding involves shopping, go to town. You can get to Kendall Square by taking the Tech Shuttle, but in case you need to head out there in the evening and cant be bothered to walk much, you can save yourself all that trouble by taking the 1 Bus from 88 Mass Ave, getting off at Hynes, taking the Green Line to Park Street, then connecting to the Red Line. Yes, I actually did figure that out. And I also did it. Because walking is overrated. Harvard Square: Also on the Red Line is Harvard Square, which, as the name implies, is home to Harvard, the other really well-known Cambridge school. But more importantly, Harvard Square is where youll find my favorite burrito place ever: Chipotle (sorry, Chris Peterson.) Just walk right along until you reach Brattle Square, and youll find it.In the general area, shops and eateries abound, and each location has a bit of character. Just the other day, I saw a novelty gifts and gags store (that somehow also sells candy). They have a few nerdy things, too, like Sigmund Freud action figures: Theres probably a button you can push that makes him karate chop your face with Id / Ego / Superego-ness.Harvard Square itself is a gathering site for street performers, and the streets that crisscross the area closed down last Sunday, allowing a few carnival food stands and musicians to set up along the sidewalks. If you wander a bit from the beaten path and head into the suburban area, though, youll be fascinated by the houses, and, dare I say it, the horticulture. If you need a relaxing walk, head through Brattle Street, and watch how the hustle and bustle of the Cambridge/Boston area becomes more serene. By the time you pass by Longfellow Park, youll know exactly what I mean. Theres also plenty of parks on the aptly-named Garden Street, and I took one picture Id like to share from there: Theres plenty of other places to go, too Ive barely scratched the surface so if you can spare a moment, live like a native! You wont regret taking some time to explore the world around MIT, so try not to get too wrapped up in it!

Analysis Of Ronald Reagans Challenger Addres - Free Essay Example

On January 28th, 1986, the Challenger exploded after launching with delays just days before. Media coverage of the mission was extreme because of Christa McAuliffe, who was going to be the first school teacher to go on a mission to space. Many people around the globe witnessed the destruction of the space shuttle on tv. This tragedy called for President Ronald Reagan to address the issue. Through the rhetorical arrangement and style of his speech, Reagan expressed condolences to people who were affected by the event. The way the address was arranged allowed him to acknowledge what happened and advocate for future expansion into space. Reagan began his speech by empathizing with the pain that people are feeling: Nancy and I are pained to the core by the tragedy of the shuttle Challenger. We know we share this pain with all of the people of our country. This is truly a national loss. (see para 1). In this statement, he addresses his wife to deliver relatable speech. He then expands his viewpoint to all Americans. By delivering the speech in this way, he shows himself as a person that can empathize and relate to his fellow man. After this, the speechs arrangement follows along a path to explain to the public how things like this can happen. Although painful, disasters were normal and almost usual during dangerous rocket launches Another sentence states that, For the families of the seven, we cannot bear, as you do the full impact of this tragedy (see para 4). He puts himself at the same level as family to show that his sympathy is just as heartfelt as the family of the seven. He goes on to talk about how the astronauts died a courageous death while doing something they loved; they died as pioneers. The wording he used when he expressed his feelings caused him to sound empathetic. Afterwards, he addresses the youth that were watching; And I want to say something to the schoolchildren of America who were watching the live coverage of the shuttles take-off (see para 6). He acknowledges them because younger people are the next-generation of the U.S. Also by addressing the children, Reagan creates a sense of relaxation to the audience.Reagan assures everyone listening and brings them into his main argument, advocating for future space exploration: Well continue our quest in space. There will be more shuttle flights and more shuttle crews and, yes, more volunteers, more civilians, more teachers in space. Nothing ends here; our hopes and our journeys continue. (see para 9). The president delivered his speech while in the Oval Office and with a calm and solemn speech pattern. These aspects helped to lend Reagan credibility as a leader and an empathetic person. The main point of his message was to deliver condolences to the people who were deeply affected by the accident and to remind us that this is just part of the process of exploration, and to push for future space quest. He supported this claim when he said, Well continue our quest in space. And also when Reagan says, Nothing ends here; our hopes and our journeys continue. He goes on to talk about the connection between Sir Francis Drake and the astronauts, to show that what they do is very important to discovery and even though it led to their death, was not in vain. It was a stepping stone for future exploration. Overall, throughout his whole speech he is empathizing with those affected by this event, while still getting his main message across. He indicates that we are hurt because of the loss but, we will move on from this event and look on toward the future.

Why Burning Money Is Illegal in the United States

If you have money to burn, congratulations—but youd better not actually set fire to a pile of cash. Burning money is illegal in the United States and is  punishable by up to 10 years in prison, not to mention fines. Its also illegal to tear a dollar bill and even flatten a penny  under the weight of a locomotive on the railroad tracks. The laws making defacing and debasing currency a crime have their roots in the federal governments use of precious metals to mint coins. Criminals were known to file down or cut off portions of those coins and keep the slivers for themselves while spending the altered currency. The odds of being prosecuted under the federal laws that making burning money or defacing coins, however, are fairly slim. First, coins now contain very little precious metals. Second, defacing printed currency in an act of protest is often compared to burning the American flag. That is to say, burning money may be considered protected speech under the U.S. Constitutions First Amendment. What the Law Says About Burning Money The section of federal law that makes tearing up or burning money a crime is  Title 18, Section 333, which was passed in 1948 and reads: Whoever mutilates, cuts, defaces, disfigures, or perforates, or unites or cements together, or does any other thing to any bank bill, draft, note, or other evidence of debt issued by any national banking association, or Federal Reserve bank, or the Federal Reserve System, with intent to render such bank bill, draft, note, or other evidence of debt unfit to be reissued, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. What the Law Says About Mutilating Coins The section of federal law that makes mutilating coins a crime is Title 18, Section 331, which reads: Whoever fraudulently alters, defaces, mutilates, impairs, diminishes, falsifies, scales, or lightens any of the coins coined at the mints of the United States, or any foreign coins which are by law made current or are in actual use or circulation as money within the United States; or whoever fraudulently possesses, passes, utters, publishes, or sells, or attempts to pass, utter, publish, or sell, or brings into the United States, any such coin, knowing the same to be altered, defaced, mutilated, impaired, diminished, falsified, scaled, or lightened shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both. A separate section of Title 18 makes it illegal to debase coins minted by the U.S. government, meaning to shave some of the metal off and make the money less valuable. That crime is punishable by fines and up to 10 years in prison. Prosecutions Are Rare Its pretty rare for someone to be arrested and charged with defiling or debasing U.S. currency. Even those penny press machines found at arcades and some seashore attractions are in compliance with the law because theyre used to create souvenirs and not to debase or shave metal off the coin for profit or fraud. Perhaps the highest profile case of currency mutilation dates to 1963: An 18-year-old U.S. Marine named Ronald Lee Foster was convicted of whittling away the edges of pennies and spending the 1 cent coins as dimes in vending machines. Foster was sentenced to a year of probation and $20. But, more seriously, the conviction prevented him from being able to get a gun license. Foster made national news in 2010 when President Barack Obama pardoned him.   Why Illegal? So why does the government care if you destroy money if its technically your property anyway? Because the Federal Reserve has to replace any money taken out of circulation, and it costs anywhere from about 5.5 cents to make a $1 bill to about 14 cents for a $100 bill. That may not be much per bill, but it adds up if everyone starts burning their money.

THE O.J. SIMPSON TRIAL On June 12,1994, Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman were murdered. Their bodies were discovered outside Nicole Simpsons condominium. Nicole Simpson was the estranged wife of the famous football player and T.V. star O.J. Simpson. The people directly involved with this case are Judge Lance Ito, the prosecution lawyers, Marcia Clark and Christopher Darden, the defense lawyers, Johnnie Cochran, Robert Shapiro and Robert Blasier , the jury and the defendant, O.J. Simpson. The families of the victims have also been present in the courtroom, as well as other spectators and news media. The prosecutions physical†¦show more content†¦Defence lawyers say Mark Fuhrman was the chief conspirator and depict him as a racist with a motive to put a bloody glove on O.J.s property. Fuhrman testified under oath that he did not use any racial slurs in the past ten years but tapes, clearly depicting Fuhr mans racial slurs, prove otherwise. The defences theory that he planted the glove is unsupported by any evidence. Detective Philip Vannatter testified that he didnt consider O.J. a suspect when police entered his estate without a warrant. Defence called upon Craig and Larry Fiatos testimony to try and prove that Vannatter was one of many investigators who assumed Simpson was the killer and later lied to cover up their motives for a warrantless search of O.J.s property. The defence suggested that Vannatter carried a vial of O.J.s blood and used it to stain pieces of evidence. The defence suggested that the police pulled a pair of socks out of O.J.s hamper, sprinkled them with blood and then placed them at the foot of his bed. The prosecution has set out a very specific timeline. They say Simpson could have committed the murders, rushed back to his place, slipped inside and got ready to meet a limousine that was waiting to take him to the airport all within this t imeline. Integrating IT Service Management Requirements †MyAssignmenthelp

Question: Discuss about the Integrating IT Service Management Requirements. Answer: Introduction The international Information Technology standard, which allows a company to present a proof of their excellent practices in the industry, is the ISO/IEC 20000 standard. This standard presents the best industry service benchmarks so that the companies to provide evidence of their own services in comparison to the set benchmarks. This enables a company to reach a desired height of quality in delivering improved quality of IT services. It has now become a competitive differentiation between IT service provider companies and has helped in raising the quality of services provided in the IT organizations (Cortina et al. 2016). In this particular report, a case study of a webinar explains the functionality and importance of ISO/IEC 20000 for the IT industry. Further, the report would include discussions about Service Management Systems and in which way can it be incorporated into ITSM to enhance the services of ExcelIT. The report would next include a brief summary of the engagement highli ghted by the webinar spokesperson based on the iterative engagement approach of ISO/IEC 20000 certification journey and discuss major engagement challenges that have been encountered during the case study described in the webinar. The last part of the report would hold three key benefits of ISO/IEC 20000 certification. IT Service Management or more commonly known as ITSM are the policy driven activities of an organization as a whole. The system also involves organization-structured processes and their supporting procedures that involve providing the best quality of IT services to the customers (Laudon and Laudon 2016). The Service Management thus means for the better implementation of the IT services to meet the needs of a customer and to abide by the service that they have promised to deliver to their customers. This degree of implementation of a IT Service Management in an organization is measured by service providers through an mixture of people consisting of process an information technology. If the implementation is justified in the basis of discipline, ITSM has a much more similarity with general management approaches (Cots and Casadess 2015). These approaches are Quality Management, Software Engineering and Information Security Management. The presence of Service Management system in an orga nization ensures the excellence of the companys service provided to the customers. The ITSM system is being implemented by many organizations worldwide to support the service providing systems of the business. Since, it represents the way an organization agrees to manage its services therefore there are many set standards that evaluate the service management system of the organizations. ExcelIT or Excel Communications Pty Limited was first found in the year 1991 (Lobban et al. 2017). Since then it has become one of the main suppliers of the telecommunication products for Samsung providing services all over the areas of Newcastle, Port Stephens, Central Cost, Hunter region of New South Wales and Australia wide. The regions the company has been providing services to, were becoming obsolete with the passing days. However, ExcelIT has been successful in keeping pace with the changing times (Franco 2015). It provides services for supply, maintenance and installation of Samsung Communications Solution to the clients in need of value added services, expertise and ideas. H owever, in recent times it was found that the customers were not essentially satisfied with the services provided by the ExcelIT organization. Therefore, it was very necessary to implement ITSM into the organizational structure because the organization wanted to adapt the perspective mythology to adapt to the key aspects (Galvan-Cruz et al. 2017). This would allow the organization to involve the primary performance indicators. ITSM would provide the integration of the flow of information across all the areas or on all the premises in the organization. It would thus enhance the integration of the technological services provided in the organization. ITSM implementation in ExcelIT would pull together the information via disparate systems for delivering both the consolidation of events and an effective visualization into a distinct view. It also allows the organization to resolve problems much faster than the organization could actually do before the implementation of the system. The IT SM can identify problems much faster and propose an effective way to resolve the same to aid to the service system of ExcelIT. It makes a counteractive action. It provides with workflow assessment to streamline the count of a company asset, change management and problem management. The ITSM system also implements event analysis and root-cause analysis helps to separate problems and get them to the proper group for resolution in no time. Brief summary of the engagement highlighted by Mr. Basu based on the iterative engagement approach of ISO/IEC 20000 certification journey As per the case study, there have been a major criteria highlighted by Mr. Basu on the iterative engagement approach of ISO/IEC 20000 certification journey. Generally, there are two models of engagement approach of ISO/IEC 20000 certification. They are the Waterfall engagement model and the Iterative engagement approach (Herrera 2017). In the Waterfall method, the system of certifying a company with ISO/IEC 20000 certification follows a very general rule. This includes the planning, auditing and execution of the certification process by handing over the certificates. This is a manual and irreversible approach into auditing function of ISO/IES 20000 certification (YouTube, 2018). On the other hand, iterative approach has an iterated journey with the tasks to perform being broken down to several pieces of task and then complete each task depending on those segregated models. In case of the case study, Mr. Basu had clearly stated that the iterative model is based on weekly work breakdow n by several interconnected steps flowing in a series including planning, gap analysis, team specific customisation, roles distribution, planning, go-live, monitoring, reporting, signing off and the auditing that follows after. Any system implementation process faces challenges during its implementation due to the internal and external problems arising in the organization (YouTube, 2018). These problems can be a challenge in implementing ITSM in the system. According to the case study, the major challenges that have been faced during the case study can be listed down as follows: Lack of Management Commitment: This is a major challenge arising due to the commitment issues that the management faces due to changing priorities and also due to the organizational changes in the structure halfway through the process. Organizational Change Concerns: Organization change in structure and in business process has the ability to create a major problem since this decision relies with the highest authorities in the organization. Therefore, the people in the lower authorities have very little involvement in the agenda including the junior and the mid-levelled staff. These challenges form a level of difficulty during the successful ITSM implementation in a system. ITSM processes relevant for ExcelIT to implement similar solutions as suggested in the case study The case study suggests that ExcelIT should implement the Iterative Model to improve their organizational service providing capability. This approach should start with the supervision of at least three consultants having no prior engagement to the organization. The gap analysis should be done to point out the issues with the service management system that the organization ExcelIT is facing. It needs to be analysed for the next two weeks. Firstly, test was performed for the existing service system (Lasrado, Vatrapu and Andersen 2015). Documentation needs to be checked thoroughly including the process documentation and the policy documentations to make out the situation perfectly. Effectiveness is to be tested next by analysing the practices of the organization and this is to be done by interviewing all of the stakeholders in the organization. After gap analysis, the identified problems are solved by redesigning the people, process, product and partner or the four Ps. The internal and external design models are to be checked next with the roles of process management, central point of contact and internal audits. The auditors should be distributed accordingly and ideally, the iteration approach thus run for almost 12 weeks to flawlessly implement ITSM in ExcelIT and should be handed over the ISO/IEC 20000 certification. It is noted that the implementation of ISO/IEC 20000 has resulted in benefitting the organization it has been certified with (Cots, Casadess and Marimon 2016). The three key benefits that the ISO/IEC certificate provides are to be listed as below: It aligns and improves the business processes and their practises. The practices and processes that a business follows may or may not be flawless. This can be a result of negligence, confusion, or many other factors, which affect the working strategic structure of an organization (Cots, Casadess and Marimon 2016). It may be possible that the organization has failed to satisfy the customers it has been serving to, which is remodelled by the ITSM implementation. It build up the relationship between the different departments in the organization, such as, this makes the business adapt to better clarity in definition and communication, responsibility and goals. It helps in revitalising the trust of the customers in the organization by ensuring them that the organization is reliable, efficient and trustworthy (Cots, Casadess and Marimon 2016). This increases the market base since the customers become increasingly intrigued with the organization itself as it becomes clear to them that there is no other priority to them as customer service providing. It strengthens the relationship between the organization and its customers and the organization never has to think about losing its target customer base. Business case to justify ISO/IEC 20000 certification project implementation at ExcelIT As the situation at the ExcelIT Company suggests, it needs to follow the Iterative framework model to implement ITSM and get the certification of the ISO/IEC 20000 certification (Ding 2015). This would follow the business case justification for the project implementation at the organization ExcelIT as listed below: Evaluation of the current practices Documentation and the evaluation of the differences Training teams as per the ISO/IEC 20000 standards Definition and implementation of the management system Implementation of ISO/IEC 20000 process Performing the internal Audit Performing the external pre-audit Performing external final audit Receiving of the ISO/IEC 20000 certification Conclusion Therefore, it can be concluded from the above case study that the implementation of ITSM in an organization benefits to the service management system of the organization. The case study helps in studying the fact of an organization called ExcelIT in Australia that had increasingly failed to satisfy their customers with the services provided to them. Therefore, the video case study that had Mr. Basu speaking about the benefits of ISO/IEC 20000 certification, describes that implementing ITSM in a organizational structure should be done in two ways, of which the iterative approach is much more reliable and popular amongst the others. The report had detailed description about the IT Service Management system and its implementation benefits into the organization ExcelIT. The second part of the assignment enlightened the facts about the iterative journey of the ISO/IEC 20000 certification system. How the iterative model is implied upon the organization to deliver the company with an effect ive ISO/IEC 20000 certification so that the organization can improve their quality of service management is described in details in the report. In the end, it is suggested that the before implementation it should be properly researched upon to open quite a vast range of possibilities serving as the initial idea to further implantations of the ISO/IEC 20000 certification.
